Call for Exhibitors

This conference, now in its 24th year, attracts nearly 300 attendees seeking to gain knowledge about GIS trends, products and services. We believe your company will benefit by being visible to hundreds of local prospective and current clients attending the conference. 

You will be highly visible! We have integrated the layout of the vendor booths into the venue where the keynote, meals, coffee breaks, and late Wednesday afternoon vendor social will be held. This layout will maximize the contact between attendees and our vendors. The vendor social will feature complimentary appetizers and a cocktail bar. 

There will be an exhibitor technology track as part of the presentations. We strongly encourage you to sign up to give a presentation as part of our technology track. The technology track is ideal for sharing news about your products and services. 30, 45 and 60 minute slots are available May 20 and 21 on a first come, first served basis after vendor space payment arrangements have been made. Sponsorship Types

1. Professional Event Booth 

Cost $700

  • 8’ x 10’ booth with draped table, pipe and drape, and 2 chairs
  • 1 Full Conference Attendee Pass for access to all track sessions and all meals
  • Electricity & Wireless Internet included at no charge (You must bring your own power strip and extension cord.)
  • Opportunity to present in technology track (first come, first served) please send abstract to:  presentations@waurisa.org)
  • Exhibitor Passport program designed to drive attendees to your booth (more details to come)
  • Post-Conference attendee list (name, organization, and email)
  • Recognition in conference program, website and opening session (logo and company description)
  • 1/4 page ad in the WAURISA Quarterly Summit Newsletter.
  • Wednesday evening exhibitor social with heavy appetizers. One complimentary beverage included for each attendee. No host bar also available.
  • Need extra space? Upsize your booth to 8 x 20 for an additional $350. Upsized booths include a full-size ad in the quarterly WAURISA Summit newsletter


    2. Vendor Sponsorship

    $375

    Don’t need a booth? Be a conference sponsor! Includes one conference registration, logo and company description in the conference program, logo on conference website and logo-company description in the quarterly WAURISA Summit newsletter.

      3. Community Booth (NEW!)

      $150

      The intent of the community booth is to offer regional geospatial artists and retailers  a venue to show case their talents and  product offerings.  Booth Space is limited and based on a first come, first served basis. Vendor must be approved by conference committee.
      • Includes -  8’ x 10’ booth with draped table, pipe and drape, and 2 chairs

      4. Coffee Break Sponsorship

      $200

      Includes logo and company description in the conference program, logo on conference website and poster board recognition at the break.

      • Booth Sponsors: Increase Summit ad space from 1/4 page to 1/2 page - $150
      • Double (Extra) Booth Sponsors: Increase Summit ad space from 1/4 to full page plus a 1 time promotion article. - $150
      • Non Booth Sponsors: Increase Summit logo space to 1/4 page ad - $150

      Vendor Social 

      The Vendor Social is 5:30 PM- 8:00 PM Tuesday May 20th. This is an opportunity to outreach directly to attendees. There will be a raffle so If you would like to donate prizes and hear your company shout out please email vendor coordinator with prize description.


      Vendor Area Layout

      Vendors will be in the same ballroom as the dining hall, Keynote, and breaks. Booth location preferences are on a first come, first served basis and have to be confirmed by Vendor Coordinator.
